1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
2. HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We may ask you to provide photos of the defective or incorrect item before authorizing the return.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been opened, played with, or removed from their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
6. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
