1. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required!
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may experience slight delays.
3. SHIPPING TIME & METHODS Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is generally 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes, or logistical delays with the carrier may occasionally extend delivery times.
4. ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
(Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.)
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
